1. How does the Pure Water System work?

A. The “Pure Water” system uses long, lightweight telescopic poles to reach your windows, so we no longer need to use ladders for most jobs. Specialist soft brushes at the end of the pole brush the windows and loosen dirt and dust, and a constant flow of purified and deionised water flowing through the brush washes the dirt away. Because the water is 100% pure and there are no detergents or chemicals used, the glass dried naturally to a streak free finish – and because there’s no sticky detergent residue left behind the windows often stay clean for longer!

2. Does Pure Water Cleaning leave water marks or streaks?

A. Not if it’s done right! Pure water cleaning takes some training an a lot of practice to achieve consistently good results, and unfortunately some people think that the system doesn’t work after bad experiences with “splash and dash” cleaners. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, just call us within 48 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free of charge.

3. What areas do you cover? 

A. We offer window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, conservatory cleaning and carpet cleaning services in the areas of Camelford, Tintagel, Boscastle and surrounding areas up to and including Bude. North Cornwall basically.

4. What Does it Cost?

A. Costs start from as little as £2.50 per window. We will always visit you to give you a proper review and quotation for your work.

5. Do you work in the rain?

A. Unfortunately our bills have to be paid even when the weather is bad, so occasionally we have to work in light rain. Because our cleaning system is chemical free, rain water does not affect the finish – but we offer the same guarantee in the rain that we do any other day. If you’re not 100% happy just let us know within 48 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected windows free of charge.
